Health Extends Beyond the Workout.

How we move is influenced by how we recover, how we manage stress, how we respond to discomfort, how clearly we understand our own patterns, and how supported we feel within our environment.

Movement Matrix events and workshops are designed to explore those layers with greater depth.

Some gatherings are educational and practical. Others are reflective, restorative, or community-centered. Each one offers an opportunity to step outside the pace of regular training and engage with a specific area of health more intentionally.

Depending on the event, this may include movement education, recovery practices, nervous-system support, guided reflection, meaningful conversation, or collaboration with trusted professionals from complementary fields.

The purpose is not to collect more information for the sake of it.

It is to better understand what your body, mind, and life are asking of you—and to leave with something useful, applicable, and worth carrying forward.

Movement Matrix members and non-members are welcome unless otherwise noted.

Our event schedule changes throughout the year to reflect the needs of the community and the season we are moving through.

Each listing includes the date, time, facilitator, location, cost, and any materials you may want to bring. Space is intentionally limited so that each experience can remain personal, supportive, and well facilitated.

Advance registration is required through Mindbody. Please review the individual event details before registering, as cancellation policies, preparation, and participation requirements may vary.
