Creatrix of the Movement Matrix
Rachel DuVall is a Strength & Movement Mentor with over a decade of experience in the health & fitness industry. Her mission is to teach her clients how to build a more resilient body while helping them feel capable and confident, in and outside of the gym.
Throughout her career, Rachel has observed that joint pain is a major limiting factor in one’s ability to reach their goals whether it’s attaining a certain physique, reaching other fitness milestones, or simply feeling good doing the things they want on a daily basis.
The majority of her work revolves around joint specific strength training, rooted in scientific principles, to achieve the physical freedom one desires. But Rachel understands that health is multidimensional—her holistic approach prioritizes other aspects of movement, nutrition, recovery, and more. Rachel’s signature method ‘The ART of Movement’ is inspired by her own journey, training, and success she’s had helping other people move and feel better.
